President Biography
Ms. Denice D. Hertlein, President of the Board of Trustees
Ms. Hertlein has nearly 30 years experience working with not-for-profit organizations as well as public and privately-held companies in Greater Cincinnati. Denice has dedicated a significant portion of her career to serving not-for-profit clients. She understands the unique issues facing a not-for-profit organization and is very familiar with the risk factors that need to be considered in designing and performing audits of these organizations.
In addition to performing audits, Denice has consulted with clients on Unrelated Business Tax issues, such as properly structuring organizations, and entity selections including forming for-profit subsidiaries. She has worked with organizations of many types and sizes, including social service agencies, trade organizations, educational institutions, and membership organizations.
